BURLINGTON — Gracie Sakran of Burlington is the Guinness World Records holder for the most static cycling classes attended in one year, with 660 classes completed during 2025.
The current Guinness listing identifies her qualifying period as January 1 through December 31, 2025. The achievement predates the new CHCH profile published October 16, 2026; it was not a record set this weekend.
A regional cycling community
CHCH reports that Sakran, 21, attended SPINCO locations in Burlington, Hamilton and Ancaster while studying full time at university.
In the broadcaster’s account, a difficult first class developed into a routine supported by other participants and instructors. She described the community’s encouragement and plans to continue cycling, though at a slower pace after the record year.
The distinction recognizes attendance at indoor classes, not an outdoor cycling distance or a race result. The unusually intensive schedule is her individual achievement, not a training recommendation for readers.
